Returns & Exchanges
Because each item from Studio 60 at The Hour Club is made to order, we don’t keep inventory on hand. For that reason, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or “change of mind.”
We’re happy to help if there’s a problem with your order:
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Once approved, we’ll reprint and resend the item or issue a refund to your original payment method.
In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was our error.
