⭐ WHAT YOU’LL DO (Your Missions)

  • Complete 20, 30, and 60-minute walks

  • Provide structured, safe leash handling

  • Send photo updates after every visit

  • Perform in-home care when needed (feeding, water refill, home settling)

  • Deliver upgraded “Hero Missions” for enrichment

  • Represent The Hour Club with reliability, warmth, and professionalism

⭐ PAY & COMPENSATION

Base Pay:

$15-20 per hour

  • Guaranteed hourly rate for every shift

Hero Bonuses:

  • Super Sniff Mission: +$3 per walk

  • Hero Check-In: +$4 per visit

  • Tiny Titan Care: +$2 per walk

  • Full Hero Bundle Bonus: +$10

Peak-Time Bonuses:

  • Midday Peak (11am–3pm): +$2/hour

  • Evening Patrol (after 5pm): +$3/hour

⭐ STREET TEAM JOB (Optional Second Position)

  • Neighborhood Outreach — Street Team

  • Earn money by handing out cards, talking to neighbors, and telling dog owners about The Hour Club.

  • Perfect for students, part-timers, and outgoing people.

Pay Structure:

  • $50 for every new client who books at least 3 walks

  • $100 bonus for every 5 clients signed in a month

  • Flexible, referral-based income
